					<description><![CDATA[I have found that unflavored gelatin is a good thing to keep in the pantry for use in emergencies. I don&#039;t think that I&#039;ve ever planned on using it, but I&#039;ve often come across random recipies that call for it.  So, I guess my advice would be to hang on to it for future use...  Sorry I couldn&#039;t be more help.

ps. I have made cakes using the above &quot;Jayne&quot; method...with flavored jello. They are delicious!]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[hey jill, you could make a cake with it.  you bake a vanilla cake, then poke holes in it with a skewer or 2-prong fork, mix the gelatin up, then pour it over the cake.  it makes a kinda flavored cake type thing.  you can look it up.  you just refrigerate the whole thing after.  you could probably do it with muffins or small cakes too for different flavors. i dunno, just an idea.  luv ya.  ttyl.]]></description>
