					<description><![CDATA[I hope you are doing the Stephanie Meyers books. They won&#039;t stay on the shelves in Northeast Ohio. There are the standbys--Cirque Du Freak, Gossip Girls, and the Angus Thongs...series. Also, on the young end of YA, you can do things like the Stories from East High (High School Musical spin-off chapter books) and maybe Hannah Montana chapter books. 

When I took YA lit in library school the books I really liked that we had to read were Fallen Angels by Walter Dean Myers (and yes, I basically like all of Walter Dean Myers YA books), Weetzie Bat by Francesca Lia Block, and Make Lemonade by Virginia Euwer Wolff. There were an even longer list of books I couldn&#039;t stand, so I hope this helps.]]></description>
