MAking Rugs

Who knew…making rugs is fun! There are many different types of craft techniques that I never tried nor even heard of. Here are a few different types/creations with latch hook, locker hooking, and punch needle.

Here is my free-form latch hook. It was fun to use up scraps and create as I went. Snips enjoys it. 🙂

Locker hooking. This is my favorite of the different techniques so far. I used up wool crewel yarn pieces and just blended as I went. It is very durable. Now….where to put it in the house!

And an artsy punch needle. Just added colors as I went. Text is tricky. 😛 but I had fun!
