Our church, <a title=\"Harbor of Hope\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/www.harborofhope.org\/\">Harbor of Hope <\/a>had a booth where we handed out water, had a diaper changing station, and painted faces (that&#8217;s where i came in!)  It was very fun, i never knew Chelmsford had such a big event, quite the spread, and people were getting ready for tomorrows parade, lining all of rt 4 with chairs!
