It had&#8230;. spinach!!!  I was turned on to this idea from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.keeperofthehome.org\/2012\/05\/7-ways-to-add-more-veggies-to-meals-youre-already-cooking.html\">Keeper of the Home<\/a>&#8216;s blog.  It was a great addition! It is a good way to get veggies into the tummy, and the flavor isn&#8217;t really noticed when blended with fruits.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/theholtsite.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_3058.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/theholtsite.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_3058-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"IMG_3058\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\"\/><\/a>     <a href=\"http:\/\/theholtsite.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_3068.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/theholtsite.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/IMG_3068-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"IMG_3068\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Sneaky Spinach Smoothie<\/strong><br \/>\n* 1 cupish leftover oat\/almond pulp (from making oat and almond milk &#8211; see last weeks blog for recipes!)<br \/>\n* handful of spinach<br \/>\n* 3\/4 banana leftover from toddler breakfast<br \/>\n* squirt of honey<\/p>\n<p>Alice enjoyed her smoothie.
