I just spent some quality time outside with Ubu.<\/p>\n<p>We looked at another condo yesterday and made an offer the same day, for $80,000.  This is much cheaper than anything we&#8217;re looked at yet.  It&#8217;s pretty small, but double the size of our place now!  It will be a place we own, if the offer is accepted.  And it&#8217;s in Boxborough, which is a good location for us.  It&#8217;s closer to everything we do, and I can teach the same students there!<\/p>\n<p>My friend Scott Foster, who lives in IL, just found out that he may have diabetes &#8211; it&#8217;s already affecting his vision.
