That&#8217;s a really, really quick closing, about 3 weeks.  Banks rarely can close this quickly, but I guess we&#8217;re not too complicated.  Jill is really psyched to be able to move during school vacation.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the down payment on our place, our bank account is taking a beating!  $600 for car repair, $250 for car repair a week ago, $1700 for wisdom teeth, $1600 for miscellaneous dental work!  Ouch.  And yes, we HAVE dental insurance.  They just don&#8217;t cover anything.  $25 a tooth for extraction &#8211; that doesn&#8217;t even cover the consultation!  Our insurance company is Mega, through NACE.
