So the past week I’ve made three loaves of beer bread, which is incredibly easy to make. The ingredient list is:
3 c. self-rising flour
2 tbsp. sugar
12 oz. can reg. beer
I used hard cider since we had that to use up, and it has a hint of apple flavor when it’s done. I usually eat half the loaf right out of the oven, it tastes really yummy.
