Sneaky Spinach

We made a crazy smoothie this morning. It had…. spinach!!! I was turned on to this idea from Keeper of the Home‘s blog. It was a great addition! It is a good way to get veggies into the tummy, and the flavor isn’t really noticed when blended with fruits.

Sneaky Spinach Smoothie
* 1 cupish leftover oat/almond pulp (from making oat and almond milk – see last weeks blog for recipes!)
* handful of spinach
* 3/4 banana leftover from toddler breakfast
* squirt of honey

Alice enjoyed her smoothie. She requested a shot-glass refill 3 times!
