Yesterday and today were around 90ยบ (today says a high of 98 for our area). I took a bike ride both days. Today Jill and I, on our date, biked up some huge hills in our area and sweated a lot. It was really fun.
Perhaps it’s because I have bad circulation in my feet and hands that I feel so *alive* in this weather. I can walk outside and not be cold or worry about what I’m wearing to protect myself, so it feels so natural and unhindered.
My skin, unlike Jill’s, is resistant to the sun and I rarely use sunblock. I love that too.
I hope it stays like this. You’ll find me, the happy human lizard, sunning myself on a rock. Anyone want to play some frisbee in the heat?
