We enjoyed a nice, simple birthday this year. We didn’t plan any themed party but stuck to some old fashioned traditions. Alice and I created our own pin-the-tail on the donkey from a brown bag, and all the cousins up to age 13 participated! We also made a simple pinyata, from a brown bag stuffed with candy! The kids were pretty funny hitting that thing. Topped it off with some cake and candles. 🙂 Alice enjoyed it and asked if she could have another birthday. I said SUUUUUURE…. next year. 🙂
