Last week I spent a huge amount of time programming a PHP application that uses mySQL for the database. I’d used PHP before, but this was the first time I used a database. The purpose was planning events for my online friends. You can set up and event and then add people to it. The link is here. There are still more features to add, and it looks simple, but that took me probably 20-30 hours to do!
