Jill just bought a new camera. It’s a Canon Powershot S3 IS. It’s a very popular model and a step up from our point-and-shoot from a few years ago. Neither of us are serious photographers, but Jill didn’t like how the old one was slow in taking and storing pictures. This one works much better so far, but because of all the buttons it may take a while to get comfortable with it.
Here’s a couple of pictures I took last night with it. Of course, my photographer friend Julie just informed me that it’s better to do B&W shots with image-editing software after taking the picture, but they came out ok, if not professional.
