Every so often I check Amazon for free music downloads. Generally I’m very selective about buying music, but there are entire free albums on there!. Usually they are samplers from various record studios who are showcasing their talent as producers and simultaneously getting press for their clientele.
Today I downloaded a metal sampler of folk metal. I like some operatic metal a lot (such as Nightwish), this is sort of the same stuff they do. Here’s a sample track.
I just imagine one huge guy singing in that deep guttural voice whilst a bunch of elves, gnomes, pixies, and furry woodland creatures frolic around his feet playing the flute.
