Using some mysterious voodoo powers, Dan somehow got me up at 6:00 AM on Thursday to drive 1.5 hours to Mt. Cannon in New Hampshire. There are tons of mountains in this area, and Mt. Washington is about 50 miles east. Or west, I’m not good with geography.
The hike was fun and I kept up with Dan fairly well once I got my pace right – he’s somewhat of a regular to these mountains. The trail is around 2.5 miles and the peak is 4,400 ft. or thereabouts.
