Closing went very fast yesterday. We had the keys by 7:30AM and everything was signed by lunchtime. We made a trip with the furniture and other stuff over, and I spent most of the day building our loft bed and new futon! Ubu came over with Jill. He’s feeling quite at home now. Pictures coming soon of the place and loft bed. Yes, I built it. I used almost every tool in my box!
Thanks to Steve for the use of his HUGE truck, Rick for helping move stuff, Kerris for making a special trip out to the hardware store, Dad for the tools he got me years ago (at the time I thought it was the worst present I’d ever received), Marge for the free furniture, Austin & Missy for the free futon, and Jim for his extra work and expertise.
