I’ve lived some 40 years in this area until had been to this spot! Bolton Flats is really beautiful. Reminds me of Hobbiton. 🙂 This here is Elizabeth Brook.
However, the river is also a collection area for the dump and trash of the watershed. This is some vintage trash! Even a mud-larking enthusiast like me found it overly sad and gross.
But then back on the trails the beauty is so serene and definitely a spot I would like to return to often. 🙂
